What's for supper tonight?

How does Texas Leaguer Babyback Ribs sound.... with some gourmet red potaotes baked in onions and butter...YUMM-O...the only thing that would make this meal perfect is some fresh corn on the cob...it is usually my go-to summer meal, but today I'll have to mix it up with a winter veggie




Boil the ribs for a couple of hours in water accompanied by some onions and a couple cloves of garlic
then marinade for the rest of the day in :
1 tbsp Worcester sauce
1 cup chili sauce
2 tbsp mustard
1/2 cup maple syrup or brown sugar...I prefer a 1/4 cup of each
then reheat on the barbie .. enjoy fall off the bone ribs..I can hardly wait for What's for supper tonight!!!!
